SYNOPSIS
As a central meeting point, the Esplanade Concourse is a critical and highly charged site. UDARA YANG BERGERAK is a spatial composition that references the flow and energy of the space. The moving air suggests a latent current that is capable of shaping and affecting things. More importantly, it resonates with the concept of harmony where air movement is controlled by the continuity of the flow to create equilibrium.
A multi-disciplinary practitioner specialising in the area of wearable and spatial structures, Tan’s experimentations often blur the lines between design, art, and mathematics.
