My Humble House at Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay opened in 2002 as Tung Lok Group’s first artistic restaurant. It elevates ‘the art of dining’ beyond the realm of the exceptional. Located in Singapore’s landmark venue, Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay, it serves contemporary Chinese cuisine. The menu features the dishes of Tung Lok’s creative team of chefs led by Corporate Chef Sam Leong, complemented by exceptional artistic presentation. The juxtaposition of traditional Chinese and artistic modern elements in the restaurant’s design creates an extremely fresh appeal, while maintaining a cosy and relaxed atmosphere where diners can revel in an extraordinary dining experience. In April 2007, My Humble House Singapore was honoured with a 94th placing in The World’s 100 Best Restaurants List, published by the UK’s prestigious Restaurant magazine.
